Treatment Process
During the treatment, the infected or dead pulp tissue inside the tooth is carefully removed, and the root canals are shaped using special instruments. The empty space is then filled with special filling materials to prevent reinfection. To increase the tooth’s durability, it is sealed with a suitable filling or crown.
Root canal treatment helps preserve the natural tooth, maintaining both chewing function and aesthetic appearance. A treated tooth can last for many years with proper care. Mild sensitivity after the procedure is normal and usually subsides within a few days. Regular dental check-ups are important to maintain a healthy oral structure.
